1. Construction Supervisor

Number of Vacancies : 2 positions
Work Base Location : Kerteh Airport
Contract Duration : 1 year

Job Description :

– Completes construction project by planning, organizing and controlling projects, completing quality inspection and supervising sub-contractor and staff
– Interfaces directly with Production and Maintenance Supervisors and manage all requirement of scaffold resources to best effect

– Ensures that contractors build facilities in accordance with Company standards and procedures and maintain appropriate crew operator competence standards
– Ensures that construction action plans are kept up-to-date and communicated to the organization for prioritization of workload
– Responsible for review of As-Built drawings before payment to contractor is approved

Qualification :

– Malaysian citizen
– Over 6 years’ job relevant experience
– Experience managing multiple project and dealing with contractors
– Construction Trades background with experience in Crew Supervision and support
– Procurement and construction management experience

2. Position : Instrument/Electrical Technician
Number of Vacancies : 3 positions
Work Base Location : Kerteh Airport
Contract Duration : 1 year

Job Description :

– Maintains all instrumentation and control systems controlling and monitoring the Offshore Process and Utility systems as well as turbo machinery equipment
– Carries out all I/E maintenance activities for all turbo machinery equipments includes preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, co-coordinating activities with Maintenance Supervisor and turbo machinery engineer.
– Assist in developing and establishing policies and procedures, ensuring consistency withcompany strategies and business objectives

Qualification :

– Malaysian citizen
– A recognized Electrical apprenticeship or training scheme
– 10 years’ experience in maintenance support activities, preferably with experience of multi-skilling
– Experience of emergency response duties
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Knowledge and Skills :

– Can evidence professional and personal ongoing development and / or learning
– Can articulate learning and training experiences

3. HSSE Officer

Number of Vacancies : 2 positions
Work Base Location : Kerteh Airport
Contract Duration : 1 year
Job Description:

– Instruct and supervises safety issues in all activities on site
– Complying with and helping to enforce company policies, standards and procedures
– Assist in identification and assessment of workplace hazards and the development of control strategies
– Be involved in workplace inspections, audits and accident investigation
– Responsible for implementation HSE policy at offshore location

Qualification :

– Malaysian citizen
– A minimum 5 years’ experience as Safety & Health officer in offshore or within oil and gas industries is an added advantage.
– Preferably hold at least Diploma/Degree in Safety & Health studies/ Chemical/ Engineering or its equivalent
– Certified as a Safety & Health Officer from DOSH or NIOSH qualifications

4. Mechanical Technician
Number of Vacancies : 6 positions
Work Base Location : Kerteh Airport
Contract Duration : 1 year

Job Description:

– Implementing planned and corrective maintenance on all mechanical / production equipment offshore in a safe and competent manner
– Safeguard the availability and operating condition so that HSEQ, production and OPEX targets can be achieved.
– Ensure essential mechanical equipment is maintained for maximum availability
– Collect data and information required for condition monitoring and preventive maintenance
– Complete routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance and installation
– Updates and maintains the CMMS system
– Carry out maintenance programs on a wide range of mechanical equipment with emphasis on compressor, generators, diesel engines, pumps and hydraulics
– Install and commission new equipment as directed.

Qualification:

– Malaysian citizen
– 5 years experience in maintenance support activities, preferably with experience of multi-skilling
– Experience of emergency response duties
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

5. Position Title: Production Technician

Number of Vacancies : 13 positions
Work Base Location : Kerteh Airport
Contract Duration : 1 year

Job Description:

– Operate the installation Process and Utility system in accordance with established procedures within design and equipment operating performance
– Plan and control activities whilst on shift to ensure safe and efficient plant operation
– Ensure appropriate data is collected and collated in support of production optimization
– Interface with other technicians and supervisors on all aspects of intrusive maintenance and safe isolation / re-instatement procedures
– Perform and direct safe isolation of wells in preparation for and receipt of handover from intervention crew activities
– Assist with the planning, preparation and co-ordination of shutdown programs, weekly planning and the implementation of safety procedures.
– Operate a safe system of work for the control of over-rides and critical valves.
– Deputies as Operations Supervisor as required
– Be actively involved in the training and coaching of team members
– Recover plant from any emergencies shutdown and minimizes loss of production, whilst adhering to operating procedures.
– Complete pre-start –up / operating check, ensuring plant is in a safe condition to start up
– Maintain and carry out Control Room Operator duries as required

Qualification :

– Malaysian citizen
– Over 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership position
– Experience of leading a team of Production Technicians
